Jenn advocates for coaching as a method to help leaders increase their self-awareness, identify behaviors to change and feel supported as they implement those changes. Her secret sauce? She actively listens and asks powerful questions to help clients look at their challenges with new perspectives.
Always practical in her approach, Jenn doesn’t just come in with theories and best practices – she provides tools and frameworks that really work. Many of her clients are “Type A” personalities who tend to take on more than they should. She helps clients get clear about what is theirs to own and what belongs to others.
Jenn frequently uses exercises to help clients shift their self-perception and determine whether their assumptions about themselves and others are accurate. Armed with a new toolkit, her clients are empowered to succeed in every area of leadership.
A former leader of a Fortune 500 firm, Jenn has more than 25 years of experience working with executives in the federal government, state governments, Fortune 100 and 500 firms, and nonprofit groups.
