Sharon is an experienced executive coach and facilitator who partners with top-performing leaders to help them achieve clarity and chart a path to an envisioned future. She coaches across the management spectrum, from C-level to senior professionals, helping clients draw from their own experiences and empowering them to achieve their potential. She serves on IOCI’s executive coaching team, while also providing facilitation and organizational performance consulting assignments.
Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree from Bar Ilan University and a master’s in communications from New York University.

Sharon is the vice president and program chair for the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership Network Board of Directors, and served as the chair of the 2019 ITL Network National Conference. She has led leadership and professional development for CREW Chicago, and developed the Leadership Forum, a year-long series of workshops focused on growing and inspiring confident leaders. In addition to working with private clients, Sharon is a coach at the Career Transition Center of Chicago where she works with a wide range of clients in government, business and education.
She has worked with executives from the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA), the Wrigley/Mars Company, CBRE, Adobe, Hewlett Packard, Cushman & Wakefield, Brookfield Properties and City Year.
Sharon is a frequent speaker on leadership and career development. As co-chair of the CREW Network Industry Research Committee, Sharon led an effort that resulted in the development of the “Women in Commercial Real Estate Benchmark Study,” conducted in partnership with Cornell University. Ranked in the top 10% of speakers and educators globally, Sharon is the recipient of the CoreNet Global Luminary Award and the Real Estate Journal Impact Award that recognizes women with the greatest impact on the real estate industry.
Prior to becoming an executive coach and facilitator, Sharon was chief human resources officer with a national real estate company, and served as chief operating officer for an international hotel real estate firm.
As a coach, Sharon draws on her executive experience and on 15-plus years of experience coaching and assessing thousands of leaders. Her coaching style is practical, targeted and focused on helping clients connect to their strengths and then set specific objectives to execute a plan for success. Sharon’s greatest strength is developing a trusting relationship with clients that provides a safe space for developing new awareness and insight for personal and professional growth. She believes success begins inside, and Sharon supports clients in understanding and appreciating themselves so that their strengths can emanate in work and life.
She frequently works with clients to set strategy and direction to drive results; assimilate into new roles and prepare for the next level; guide executives in leading during changing times; and improve employee engagement and retention.
